One plan with every feature, AI drafting and texting included. Try it free for 14 days, with no card needed.
Pup Notes is in development and launching in the US around the end of 2026. These are the prices planned for launch.
Solo
$29a month for one trainer

Each additional trainer
$15a month for each trainer
or $150 a year
- Every feature for each trainer you add
- Adds 300 text message segments a month to your practice’s shared allowance
- Staff who aren’t assigned sessions, such as admins and front desk, stay free
- Add a trainer any time; you pay for the rest of the current period
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Where software subscriptions are taxable, the applicable tax is added.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time.
Founding members keep $29
The first 100 practices to pay keep $29 a month, and $15 for each additional trainer, for as long as their subscription stays active. Waitlist members hear about it first.
Card payments from your clients
Client payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard processing fees to that account, and Pup Notes charges you a 0.5% fee on each successful client payment, deducted when the payment settles. Your clients never pay a surcharge.

- Stripe sets its own fees. The rates shown are Stripe’s standard US rates for domestic cards; other cards, such as international cards, can cost more.
- When you refund a payment, the Pup Notes fee is refunded in proportion.

Texting included
- Each paid trainer adds 300 text message segments a month, shared across your practice.
- You can see your usage, with a warning at 80%. Extra packs are $10 for 500 segments.
- If you run out without a pack, reminders go by email, app notification and in-app message instead.
- During your trial, Pup Notes sends email and app notifications. Texting starts after you subscribe and your number is registered with the phone carriers.
Questions about pricing
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free trial lasts 14 days and doesn’t need a card. If you need more time, ask us and we can extend it.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t subscribed yet, you keep full access for 14 more days, with a warning. After that your account is read-only: you can still subscribe, export your data or close the account.
Is AI drafting extra?
No. AI drafts of your notes, client summaries, homework and scores are included in every plan.
What if I manage several trainers?
Add each trainer for $15 a month. Owners, admins and front-desk staff who aren’t assigned sessions or classes are free.
Does Pup Notes process my clients’ payments?
Stripe does, on your own Stripe account. You see payouts and handle any disputes in Stripe’s Dashboard, and Stripe issues any Forms 1099-K to you. Pup Notes charges you 0.5% of each successful card payment, deducted when it settles.
Can my clients see their information?
Yes. The client portal is included: clients see their appointments, the notes you share, homework and invoices, with nothing to install.
How do I cancel?
Cancel online in your settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and the rest of that period isn’t refunded automatically.
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. When a practice that has never paid for Pup Notes signs up through your link and pays for its first month, you both get a credit of one month of the Solo list price on your subscription, up to 12 credits a calendar year. If you recommend Pup Notes publicly, you need to say that you get the reward. Referral program terms
