Scheduling and booking

Every kind of session on one calendar

Private lessons, in-home visits, virtual sessions and group classes share one calendar. Clients book open times online, and Pup Notes checks your availability and requirements before it confirms.

Pup Notes is in development and launching in the US around the end of 2026. This page describes what’s planned for launch.

Private sessions, wherever they happen

Each service sets its length, price, who can teach it and where it takes place: at your training location, in the client’s home, at a public place or online.

  • In-home sessions, with the client’s address shown only to the staff assigned to them
  • Limit in-home self-booking to the ZIP codes you serve
  • Virtual sessions with the meeting link you paste in

Group classes and series

Run drop-in classes, fixed series, package-based classes and rolling enrollment. Capacity is counted in dogs, and a waitlist fills open spots in order.

  • Class capacity checked every time someone books
  • A simple waitlist that offers an open spot to the next person in line
  • Recurring sessions and classes, with changes to one date or the rest of the series
  • Holidays and closures marked as exceptions
