Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Pup Notes: trainers, their teams and the clients they work with.
Pup Notes is in development and launching in the US around the end of 2026. Today, this website is the part of Pup Notes you can use.
Last updated October 15, 2026
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on this website, the trainer web app, the client portal, booking pages and the trainer phone app.
How we test this website
Every change to this website runs these checks on every page before it’s published:
- An automated accessibility scan against WCAG 2.2 AA, which must find no problems
- Pages work with a keyboard, with a link to skip to the main content
- Pages reflow to a 320-pixel width, the equivalent of 400% zoom, without scrolling sideways
- Each page has one main heading, labeled regions and a page title
Also on this website
- Images have text alternatives, and illustrations are written as text
- Animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion
- Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG color-contrast levels
Known limitations
Automated checks can’t find every problem, and this website hasn’t had an independent accessibility audit yet. The Pup Notes apps are still in development, built to the same goal.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website or in Pup Notes is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email us. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll reply and let you know what we’re doing about it. We can also send the information in another format.
