Appointments and booking

Clients see upcoming and past sessions, book new ones and make changes within your policy. When a service needs an intake, vaccination records or a signed agreement, the portal asks for it.

Messages, incidents and payments

Clients message you from the portal, report behavior incidents, and pay invoices by card. Your private notes never appear there.
