Private stays private
Your private notes are visible only to your team, and a client summary reaches your client only after you accept it. AI drafts can be wrong, so you always have the final say, and they are never veterinary advice.
- If anyone else may be heard, Pup Notes asks you to confirm they agreed before you record
- Voice recordings are deleted within 24 hours
- Pup Notes doesn’t identify speakers by their voice
- Your recordings and notes are processed in the US and never used to train AI models
